Terryn Turner

Owner and Chief Strategist

With a decade of experience in business operations development, Terryn Turner is the driving force behind T4 Business Care. His journey began in the bustling environment of a local coffee shop, where he managed the second and busiest location. As the coffee company expanded, Terryn advanced to the role of Regional Manager, overseeing brand cohesion, manager training, and customer growth. His efforts were instrumental in growing the business from four to nine locations.

Terryn’s expertise spans a wide range of areas including marketing tech & automations, applications & integrations, CRM development, customer lifecycle and journey, sales processes, and accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking. His strategic approach involves evaluating teams to identify areas for improvement, leveraging the insights of those on the ground level, and implementing best practices tailored to the business’s operating environment.

He holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and has a passion for continuous learning and development. Outside of his professional life, Terryn enjoys playing drums, dual sport bike riding, reading,  traveling the globe with his wife in search of the world’s best bread and working on his farm. His farm is a bustling haven, currently home to 26 animals.
